Position Overview:

As a Client Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with brokers and outside carriers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient moving process. The ideal candidate will have experience with Granot, a proven track record in the industry, and a strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with brokers and outside carriers to coordinate moving services.
  • Utilize Granot for tracking and managing moving operations.
  • Maintain and update data using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Work cohesively with the team to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Granot is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with brokers or carriers in the moving industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
