Position Overview:
As a Client Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with brokers and outside carriers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient moving process. The ideal candidate will have experience with Granot, a proven track record in the industry, and a strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with brokers and outside carriers to coordinate moving services.
- Utilize Granot for tracking and managing moving operations.
- Maintain and update data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work cohesively with the team to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Granot is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with brokers or carriers in the moving industry.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
