1. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and reside within the delivery radius of a Safebound Moving & Storage service area throughout the giveaway promotion period. Eligible service areas are determined based on the cities listed for each state on safeboundmoving.com.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway starts December 22, 2023, and ends January 31, 2023. Entries submitted before or after the period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Participants must complete the entry form at www.safeboundmoving.com/giveaway with accurate information. One entry per person.
4. Prize: The winner will receive a $5,000 moving credit provided by Safebound Moving & Storage, which includes packing, moving, and unpacking services.
5. Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted by Safebound Moving & Storage after the contest ends to select the winner from all eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.
7. General Conditions: The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws. Safebound Moving & Storage reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway as determined by Safebound Moving & Storage in its sole discretion.

Release: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Safebound Moving & Storage and each of its respective directors, managers, and employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt, redemption or use of any prize.

10. Disputes: Disputes regarding these rules will be resolved by Safebound Moving & Storage, and their decisions are final and binding. Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The parties hereby waive their right to jury trial with respect to all claims and issues arising out of or relating to this agreement.
